Painted test shots from
Hello, enclosed some pictures from painted test shots....with some extras....
First some group pictures:
The Morner Hussar Regiment (1813 uniform) was formed during the Seven Years´War. This regiment took this title „Morner" in 1801 from its then commanding officer. Note that it retains the visorless mirliton shako with its long flamme, also that the overalls have horizontal black leather bands across their knees. All Swedish hussar regiments wore dark blue, being „differenced" by the color of their fur, cuffs, collar and braid. Until 1812-13, Morner´s sabretasche had a yellow „G" or „GA" in place of the three crowns. Breeches were yellow leather. Personnel were originally north Germans, it still used German as its Language of command.
One of the hussars I have converted to officer of „Lif Regemente Hussar Corp" from 1807, with earlier Russian-type hussar shako.
Many thanks to Mr. Peter Styk.
